Commane was well held all day, but proved the difference in the last quarter.
Look forward to catch up with the AK47 at training this week to understand the soft underbelly of Tanunda.
Thanks for asking Skipper, the family is all safe and well!! did you support Tanunda or Freeling on the weekend?

Osama.

The Losers Osama, but please elaborate on the AK47 thing? As for the comp, it has not come back but the top couple of sides just are not as dominant as previous years and the bottom sides are better, surely a very good situation to be in as Stewie as mentioned.

Talking to Greeny on the weekend, think you may find that Chief Kennedy is training with Angaston mid week.

So does this mean there is some truth to the rumour that he is really finding it hard to fit in at Mannum with there game plan and structure? And that he may be looking to leave there to come back to the Barossa League couldnt see it being the hillbillies though but you never know. Or is the rumour just that and no truth to it.

AK is just having a run with us on Tuesday nights, would probably be a bit
strange him training at Tanunda, probably a little awkward for him.
We had Benny Parish training with us last year too.
Suspect we are just a reasonable bunch of lads and guys figure they will have a run with us.
Ango......at worst..... everyones second favourite team.

When the AK47 returns to the BL&G, he could just well be suited up in the blue & white.
The boxheads are endebted to the panthers for some freebies over the years.
The likes of the great Bobby Smart, Saxon Dswoniski and that Bevan lad.
Gee some of the boys want to make mince meat of Bevan come Saturday

And this return could be sooner rather than later if the so called rumour is correct.

So lets say the AK47 decided to leave Mannum & come to the BLG and go to Ango, how would this go with clearance issues from Tanunda who he has played for since he was a kid?

Can't see any of this happening anyway and he did get BOG on the weekend.

MH he did play there last yr so they may not clear him.

And skip are the blokies another club like nuri are they? Wont clear any previous players to any other club and would rather them stay away for the barossa league. Lets hope that wouldnt be the case as i believe in the past there have been a few players cleared by other clubs to the blokies. But not sure it will be happening anyway.

Lets not get carried away with ourselves girls,
AK is just training with us for convenience, he works with Hadds and requested if he could.
As a club we are generally fairly personable and AK has been welcomed to the track with no animosity.
He has no visions of playing for us, though he would be very welcome.
Is a lot easier to like the guy now he isn't playing for Tanunda too.
Bevan However seems to have gone the other way......

Whats the animosity towards Bevan? How long ago did he play for Angaston?

Bit harsh on Nuri there 'Jstlookin' i believe they cleared Jarrad O'Riley to Freeling at the start of the season.

Steam Train maybe with the new coach on board things have changed a little and if players wish to leave he will let them go. But didint Nuri refuse 3 or 4 pos more clearances from the one guy last year that was trying to go to the same club O'Riley went to.

Doesn't matter how long ago, any player that moves to another club within the same competition should and will have a bounty on their head.
Just like the AK47 will have in 2012.

Probably wise to take most of the stuff that appears on here with a pinch of salt,
No animosity towards Bevan at Angaston that I know of.
When I arrived at the club 9 years ago he had just left so I don't even know him.

Just ask russel gehling how it went moving from ango to tanunda, dont think he completed to many matches and also simon cowham who should have been an angaston player copped the same treatment, i would be disappointed if bevan didnt get the same.

No we do clear players, Tan cleared one of our champion players (Greenwood) with no ill feeling to Freeling so he could coach, and there have been a few others. Can't see this scenario playing out anyway.
