Could only be Rosewater or North Haven then

Nope

Sadly I have to report that it is North Haven, Brian Price has been given an ultimatum, he has to choose between his coaching and his lucrative modelling career.

It's going to be a week of soul searching for Brian and the club.

West Croydon over North Haven by 23 points in the A grade, NH over WC by 3 goals in the B grade and NH over Kenilworth by 5 goals in the C grade.

Good effort by our A grade today but WC are just to good. They are a very well drilled team with winners right across the ground and should IMO play in the GF and go up again this year. We were lucky to escape with a win and the 2 points in the Bs in the end, WC took it right up to us. Apprently the C grade were quite ordinary today aswell and were lucky to get over Kenilworth.

which grade do you play Dark Knight?

I played B grade yesterday mate. So far this season Ive played five in the As and three in the Bs. We were quite ordinary yesterday and played no where near as good as we have been. We just need to put yesterdays performance behind us and now focus on Lutheran next week it what will be the B grades biggest test of the year.

As for the A grade, say what you want about the area of West Croydon but the A grade football team that resides there are very very good. They are well drilled and all play their roles equally well. Our boys played well yesterday I thought and managed to stay in the contest all game which was good to see but WC were just to good.

Coming up from Div 6 last year I honestly never expected WC to do so well but they are and it's an absolute credit to them. They may have lost a few in Pederson and Vessali and have a few injuries in Byrant and Stubberfield but the core group of players they have including Blokes such as Woodcock, A Birch, Davies, Loffler plus a handy pick up in Anderson looks to be very strong.

Cox was very quiet for most of the day, he looked to be finding his feet and getting used his new team and team mates. I very keen to see how he goes getting used to the pace and style of Div 5 footy after Div 4 was a too lower grade for a player of his calibe.

As for us we now move onto Adelaide Lutheran next week at home where I hope our boys will bounce back and get win number five while the B grade will face their biggest test of the season so far in the top of the table clash.

Yeah may have been...When he first signed with the club i thought i might be a masterstroke to bring an unknown into the club with no pre-perceived ideas on individuals. This wasnt the case and I dont know him personally but seems to me he tried to change things all at once (just my outside and uneducated opinion) Step by step may have been smarter because we as a club need to change from old to new in all areas of our club to become successful again. Its a great club to be involved in but we have underachieved for too long and must find a way to attract quality to our club. Its not an exact science thats for sure but Im sure we will gain respect as an honest hardworking club once again. Hopefully im still here...hahaha

If any of the Brahma boys had of come into your clubrooms for a drink with us,we could have told you 1st hand ;) In all seriousness tho thought it was played in good spirit, but we continually turned over the footy which set up the run from your backline.Seen everyone but woody souths now and all teams are very even and as we all say any one can win on any given day. WISH OUR GIVEN DAYS WOULD COME MORE REGULARLY :(

If you're looking for an honest opinon from a mate that's followed you lot probably more than most clubs (besides mine  ) over the last couple of years..
You personally played OK considering you're travelling on half a lung (silly :? ),Bretty played a good game too I thought. Mind you, if Groove and Scotty Mac were to drop dead tomorrow you'd be in all sorts of trouble there though I reckon. Not saying I don't rate your Hayseys etc.. but you're a different side this year in that you've got fewer "danger" players than you've had in the last couple of seasons and you're now relying on fewer key players to get the job done.

Otherwise, what TT said - too many turnovers in defence cost us and those stupid sneaky goals you and Macca got in the first half, there were about 4 of them where the ball just miraculously landed in your hands in front of goal and BANG. Our mistakes let you get to 5 goal out and we took too long to make our charge home.

Ce la Vie... :(

I agree with most of this, but actually thought Lodge had the better of the play, mistakes or no mistakes. 39 points up in the last, should have finished off better but credit to the Valleys, a good finish and made for a nervous last 5 minutes.

The part about dangerous players/depth etc I agree with, but not sure about the Groover part. Talk about giving him a bigger head than what he already has.

The B grade game was not an enjoyable experience. Your guys were fantastic, ran harder, finished well, wanted the ball more. Probably the best team we have played, but expected considering the amount of A graders that were returning from injury/holidays etc which shows how good your depth is across the grades. Should go very well come finals.
