Adelaide Footy League Talk

Postby malleebull » Wed Mar 28, 2007 10:21 pm

half the challenge was to kick enough goals before you had to look in the sun. playing the early game was no problem. bk always said kick 18 goals in a game and you will win. bang , bang, shut it down. the royal show isnt till september.........
it was even mone entertaining standing behind the coaches box getting pissed and hanging shit on the opposition. funny times were had . what do you think ex legend?????

Postby malleebull » Wed Mar 28, 2007 11:12 pm

what a great player and a funny dude. he played abit last year then went missing. he was working night shift and has a young child. i tell ya what, if the bulls get a few of these types back they could go places. they need to get in contact with these guys and push the issue a bit further and not give in till they are playing. cubby turner should play to. if ya can bowl 700 overs in turf cricket a game surely you can run off a half back line for 4 qtrs.

when bk coached we had a good team with heaps of potential in younger players as well as some good older ones. some of the blokes who had lots of footy left in them like
Ray Agius
Shane Harte
Robin Davey
Zip Zap and his Brother
Nitter
Brett Copeland
Rebel
and more

killed us losing 2nd semi after being up by plenty

What club would you be involved with ROH ? Looking at your previous posts, you seem to have your finger in a number of pies.
