So now everything is over Div5 will look something like this in 2012
Club/ Coach
Adelaide Lutheran (advertising)
Brahma Lodge Carey Payne (reappointed)
Fitzroy Darrin Wilson(reappointed)
Glenunga Chad Bourke???
Hope Valley Charlie Wintle(reappointed)
Kenilworth Shane Baldock???
North Haven Matt Rowlands???
Rosewater (advertising)
West Croydon Matt McPherson???
Westminster Paul Barber(reappointed)
not sure whether the 4 with question marks have been reappointed,or are continuing (perhaps people from their clubs can let us know) but it looks to be another even competition again in 2012

quiet riot wrote:Heard there was a brawl at 3 qtr time???
their was an incident, not quite a brawl... Could have been avoided by both sides supporters!! very silly!
had a good laugh when one of our supporters ran from one end to the other and front of the SW supportes with a massive plympton flag.
i reckon we out played SW for 3 quarters... I got a little nervous during the 3rd... but to the boys credit came out firing after the 3 qtr time...
i thought roachy was awesome, so was heath deere and the skipper was great, Luke maguire... Also i thought the job Stace did on the association medalist was excellent, carved him up i thought. he didnt really have much of an impact at all...
certainly wasnt any passengers yesterday... it was a excellent night at the kennel last night. also the club snagged another flag today for our u/15's... so a great weekend all round...

The roar that went up when they kicked a goal was amazing. Would have definitely made a difference IMO. Salisbury West supporters were spread out all around the ground

North Haven are advertising as is the club policy as Roller's deal is up but he will reapply and will more than likely be coaching Havens next year.
Have heard that Rocky Butterworth might be going for the Rosies job
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Ok, I've just been told I have to throw one more story together for Sportsbeat this week covering the year that was.
So if you want to contribute any highlights, lowlights, anything you might think would be worthy for an "award"
or otherwise...
ie; the "sideshow bob" award for the best hairdo in div 5 - nominations: Hayden Martinello (lockleys) Matt Eagles (NH) Aaron Burridge (NH) Sean Stormonth (lockleys)
I might ham this one up a bit I think, so send through anything and if I think it's worthy I'll chuck it in

Award for Best game of the year:
Plympton vs Brahma Lodge @ Plympton is defenately one game that i'd regard to be right up there. Crowd was so pleased by the performance they clapped both sides off...
In this comp probably 20-30 other games during the year that could go close....

Yeah even our two against Plympton were like that, and our two against Luthies...actually your look to the record books FC for the story. The tightness of this comp was amazing - number of results by under a goal seemed right up there, along with most wins only to be relegated...probably a few more records broken too - a very good year in Divy 5.
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!

What's the point of advertising Boosh, if Matty Rowlands is going to do it again. Just wasting time and money, who going to apply if they no he is going on next year.

Because it is in the club constitution, im not sure where it says in there that 'they' know who is coaching next year. 'I' said he will more than likely be coaching Havens next year, as in it is my opinion that he will get the job based on his performance this year. Once again I apologise if we have offended Hope Valley in anyway.

Heard the Plympton boys really celebrated hard over the weekend!! Was told the police were called Sunday night... Apparently they only left the club to watch the juniors win!!! Sounds like the kennel was the place to be over the weekend. The plympton faithful always knew how to celebrate
