newman what game did you watch, you might be better maybe following ladies netball than commenting on something you obviuosly dont know anything about and probably never played the game.
Well welcome magsy and let me welcome you right off the mark and say what a wanker you really are. Ive probably played more games than youve had hot dinners son. Anyway its good to have you on board, bit of fire always spices things up.
Read Off Hands, Felch, now boys I know you wont get this till monday but surely Portlands best 2 are Bowden, Hamilton.

Hamilton is a massive lost for the Thunder. Average 6 kicks per game last year, and 5 of those were clangers!!!
Newman/Felch, I played against Junior Sawtell on the weekend, just whilst we are speaking of massive losses from Portland
Magsy pull your head in, quite a few people saw the Haven game and i think everyone, including the Haven treasurer would have been disappointed with Hoodys performance.
Dogwatcher i didnt mean to offend you, please accept my apology. I have had no coaching experience.

Felch do you mean Warren or Kerry because I think the mother would be a better option in the ruck than her soft son. ROH are you mellowing in your old age ive never heard you apologise to anyone. You are all overlooking the best player ever to pull the boots on for Portland I think his name is Bassani, a cut above everyone. How did you go on the weekend felch? I hope your comment about Bowden had no serious thought in it.

Felch you are dillusional if you think either of the Bowdens are capable of being in the clubs top 2 of all time? Maybe Bird or Granlese could push Paul Marshalls mantle at a later date.
Newman i obviously upset Dogwatcher before, and the last thing i want to do on this forum is upset people. It was an attempt at some Friday afternoon humour thats all.
Bassani is a lost to the Portland FC but he is doing a stellar job coaching down south. In his forst year as coach he has not put a foot wrong so far. Well maybe one, but i shouldnt reveal that on this forum.

I did say POTENTIAL Newman, also i thought we were talking about current top 2, i forgot we were talking about ALL-TIME best players - it is Monday !!! As for Bassani, i think you left a letter out of the word 'cut'
We went ok on the weekend Newman - won the Bs by 18 goals, won the As by 1 goal after leading by 6-7 goals early. Ran out of steam a bit, but alright still - had probably 5-6 first choice players out (No Granleese, plus 2 other key defenders, Depalma and a couple of other midfielders)
How did Junior play ROH ?

Both Upton and Webber are seriously in the mix for A grade - they may both be trying to get the one spot though. Young Brett played well on the weekend, played 3 quarters in the Bs and a couple in the As. He reminded me of his older brother at times - seemed to have a lot of time to use the ball and used it well. Upton played in the back pocket in the As and did well also. I think at least one of them would play B grade round 1, but you never know.
