Willaston up by 11 points.

Willaston A's had a lot out also and where the far more impressive than Balaklava.
Debate as always will rage how close the game would be with all players availalble but have no doubt with both teams at full strength Willaston would win.Balak would be around the 4 to 6 sides in the BL&G.
Walton, Williams, Campbell, Taylor and new recruit in Gordon looked very fit and in good touch.
Disappointed that Pepe,McDonald and new full back did not play for Willaston.
There was talk at the bar of another player on the way for Donnies but no names or position he plays at this stage but think he is a on baller from Amatuer League.
They will be around the mark again this year.

Imps 13.5 Barossa Districts 7.10 at Williamstown

Would have thought Barossa would have beaten Imperials.
Did Barossa have a lot of players out?

Thought the footy/netball coverage report in the Bunyip this week was disappointing.
In/Outs not listed as in depth on clearance website.
How about Rudke as the new coach at Mallala-should be Lubcke

Heard south had a 4 qtr internal trial last thursday night with a couple of the bl&g umpires donating there time for the match. Was reported that there was no holding back and all the players where cracking in hard and treated the hit out like a real game situation. Also was told that the skill level was a little down and scratchy. Also did mention that the fitness level of the players was really impressive and they have put in alot of work with scott putting them through an intensive pre season.

No, it was the Vili's factory on South Rd and Coca Cola Amatil factory on Port Rd which is much closer to the number.

This should be a good game for willaston, although a trial, players missing on both sides may get a little look in how Borrosa league teams go against A1 amautures

Would be good to just have a look at Goody saints, a team that has dominated div 1 previously before henley and Gaza took the honours the previous 2 years. was it 5 flags on the trot or 4, anyway to do that in Divy 1 amatuers is a far effort with the talent that goes through there. Good luck to Willaston on there hit out anyway

Reckon Nuri lost Chad Obst for the season again today, looked to be the same knee that cost him last season,
Is a f..kin cruel game sometimes.
If you read this Chaddy, hope it's no as bad as it looked mate.
meanwhile Nuri were relatively unimpressive against Eudunda Roberstown,
But you can't take much out of trial games at the end of the day anyway.

good game between willaston and goody saints. only 1 point in it and willaston missing campbell, brooks, pepe and played a couple of 17 year olds and jarryd coles 14 year old brother. i think willaston going alright. chris mclean played and also david kellet who played at centrals.
