Just cut down another tree.

Nothing more unattractive than the beefed up muscle men at the gym.
I don't like gyms because of the people that go to them...
Ummm no
You don't like gyms because you're a fat lazy sh!t and would rather sit back and do the hating.
Brb everyone who goes to a gym ends up like arnie in 6 months!!!
Yep I'm so fat and lazy! You should see me. I do nothing but sit on the couch and eat donuts. The two half marathons I've run in the last year and the daily gym sessions were all just a figment of my imagination.
I didn't realise that I wasn't allowed to find certain builds of men unattractive.

But the thing is, it is probably the best thing I ever changed in my diet. What people forget is when your a sleep this is when your body does most of it's repair work. You need to have the energy source (carbs) there for it to repair itself.
I never knew that, always thought no carbs after 2pm was the rule, cheers for that

I don't bud, luv it too much .. I try to eat well, but I'm not massively strict with it.

wow, you really are a wanker
My statement was based on broad logic hence why I didn't quote anyone. If you take it personally then I can't help that. But a 'wanker' is more appropriate for someone who stereotypes a group of people who choose to go to a gym to better themselves health wise as muscle wielding douchebags who pose in front of mirrors.

Getting fit isn't a scam but there are lots of dodgy operators.
The diet industry is a bigger scam.
Eating less doesn't cost a thing compared to expensive potions and powders.
You don't need to eat less, a lot of people always say I can't diet I get too hungry. If you are getting hungry you are not eating enough veggies. Always remember the phrase green is lean, take brocolli it's a super food contains mostly water and takes more calories to digest it then what's in it.

Exactly, but try telling this to someone who is walking around with their protein shaker for half the day.
I wouldn't say this, I would rephrase it to people that think they have the magical supplement. There is no magical pill or powder but they can help you with your goals.
Fair call, I meant to say " eating less crap" doesn't cost. Although the slackers usually counter with "waah waah waah, eating healthy costs more than eating junk food".

haha no, i wasn't calling people who go to gyms to better themselves douches, i was calling people who walk around pretending their muscles are too big for them not to walk around with their elbows out and pose in mirrors while flexing as being the douches, and given the gym i was a member of, there were a few of them! Obviously not everyone who goes to a gym is like that. If you read my first comment, you'd have seen the that was attached to the end.
