learn what a supplement is before you comment. supplements aren't going to do anything for you if your not doing the work. just because the media is going on that these afl players are taking "supplements" there actually taking performance enhancing drugs completely different to supplements. if you say don't take the easy option why is drago taking duromine? thought you would tell him the same as what your preaching on here, especially seeing duromine is a banned substance.
