It will be interesting to see what the outcome of this is.
Not suggesting any foul play but..
Do Fulham take responsibility as the home team for whatever happened and conceed the match or Do they blame the curator / council for the mistake (who may have actually been at fault), take the draw and play in the GF next week.
I remember a semi a few years ago up at Ingle Farm where a similar thing happened and Ingle Farm conceeded the match.
Yes im not sure of precedence in this case. But i would think surely the home team is responsible for ensuring the ground is playable!! Obviously weather cant be helped. If they couldn't have the pitch playable then the right thing to do is concede the match.
Home teams responsibility. If they can't communicate to the appropriate people that they need the pitch both days then they should lose the match. Simple as that in my opinion.
Can't use the excuse that its the council or curator.

Tough one. I'm a big fan of it being the home team's problem, however the turf this year hasn't really set that as the precedent.
Wasn't there also a c1-ish game on at Fulham too? I wonder if the same thing happened with that game?
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Just saw on myCricket that the C1 game at Fulham ended in a draw also.
Sounds like either the sprinklers came on last night or there were some very isolated showers!

So they tumble you, win the semi, then go back into bat?? That mustve been fun in the field knowin ur season was over!! Lol
we had over 40 overs to go in the day, and had them 4 down pretty quick, stranger things have happened, credit to one of there blokes who with a dodgy hammy held us out long enough to hold on for em, 5 and 6 fell quick again with about 20 overs left but I think our skip finally conceded with about 15 overs due, lol
Hard to just not go out and have another crack with a heap of overs left, we gave it a go. Good luck to both teams next week

Congrates to Pooraka in the A2's completely outplayed us on saturday, they have been the standout side all year and deserve there chance to play unley in the G/F.
