Ive started again. Gonna stick with this one I reckon. I'm Head Coach of Texas A&M. With the downloaded rosters, I have Ryan Tannerhill at QB, with Johnny Manziel at 3rd string. I tried to slot Manziel (hes at 67 overall) in against Baylor and I lost 21-24 in double overtime.

Good thing is I knocked Texas Tech off the week before.

Ill do the 3 year contract, then probably head to a smaller school once I have all of the recruiting figured out. Probably gonna run A&M into the ground by then though

The only thing about Grid 2 Im not too happy about is the fact they've taken dashboard view completely out of the game. Its the only view I used, so its going to be an adjustment.

Also, Gran Turismo 6 to hit shelves later this year!! Its a good year for racing fans

Yeah, the gap between GT4 and GT5 was about 6 or 7 years though. Im a bit surprised how quickly this ones coming out. I reckon they just wanna be one of the first games on the next gen console.

i think that gt6 is being released for PS3 though, it will be one of the last ones before the new console (unless that has changed since i last read about it, happy to be corrected) i agree that it is surprising it is coming out so soon, but i was more surprised about the console it is destined for.

I think it'll initially be released on the PS3, but will also be re-released for the PS4 when it comes out.

Monthly updates and downloadable content releases are planned after the initial launch of the title. He then hinted that the PS4 version may come out after gamers have played out everything the PS3 copy has to offer.

cheers, i hadnt seen that. dont really see the point of it myself, i could understand releasing it on both at the same time, but re releasing it later after everyone has already played it is a bit redundant to me. but i suppose they know more about what they are doing than i do, hence they are making the money from it and im just playing!

Yeah the way I read it is the PS4 version will be different from the PS3 version. But it does look like a bit of a cash grab. Still, I cant wait to try the new handling. Its about time they tweaked it a bit.

Nah, GT5 was the first one on PS3, and that came out in November 2010. The PS3 went on sale in November 2006.

yep, ill certainly be getting it. have played every one of the GT's till now, and have enjoyed them so i see no reason to stop.

Ive owned all of them. GT5 was a bit of a let down for me. The lack of championships made the game a bit boring. I liked going back and doing them in full against the same cars, not individual races against different cars each time.

Also, i LOVED the manufacturers races in the earlier GT's, where you went into the dealerships, and there were races specifically for that make.

The lack of buying the upgrade that made most cars into race cars, with liveries and bodykits annoyed me too. I know there's a few you can do it to in GT5, but its just not enough. I remember being able to buy an Evo 6 and upgrading it into the Advan touring car. Almost every Japanese car could be upgraded, but they took that out.

Im very picky about how games change. Im finding nowadays the sequels are taking more stuff out, than they are putting new content in. Just take Grid 2 taking away dashboard view as an example.

Hopefully GT6 doesnt disappoint.
