but probably explains my point in querying that clearly these people have far too much time on their hands every day ;)

It just escapes me how they can have the time to write 6 detailed emails over 2 days but crack the shits and say they're busy when you try and call them to solve the issue in 2 minutes. :roll:

Another flat battery in my car. Another replacement coming up. New battery on Sep 18, Oct 18 and now Nov 19. Stupid cars
