Yeah, Port drew 40,000 Norwood fans to the GF.
A few more than Centrals, West and North did anyway
Yes, only a few more than Norwood and North drew at the unfashionable Footy Park. North vs Norwood 36,685. Port vs Norwood at Adelaide Oval 38,644. Not a huge difference especially considering the relative merits of the two differing venues.

Which was pointed out immediately.
BUt remember if you dont know the amount of revenue Port has generated then you know wuck all.
Cant argue with an air tight financial theory like that one.

Financials dont lie and have won myself many argument against dimwitted AFl nerds over the years.
Where's your revenue go??? it's not your revenue, it is football in South Australia's revenue and football in is state more than just two AFL Franchises.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Not to mention that SACA members didn't get in for free at Footy Pk. Actual revenue raised from the gates would have been higher at the North v Norwood GF and that was with no miraculous FTA exposure in the year we made the GF. We should probably thank Port for the attendance in that GF too.

Doesn't the SANFL get a cut from the SACA memberships?

Does the SACA get a cut from the football 'only' memberships?

Is there any reason that Adelaide haven't been included in any of the SANFL promotions and advertising this year? Seems odd that Ports reserve side is but not Adelaide's
