Re: Lessons Learned - Building a House
This was taken yesterday. Roof tiling was supposed to start last week. We seem to be at a similar stage Dutchy - either we have been going a bit quicker or your builders have slowed down. Have you noticed though that every weekend is fine and mile and the crap weather is Mon-Fri?

Traditional in SA - I have heard the weather patterns shift in a 7 1/2 day cycle.

What garbage! I played footy in this so-called "fine & mild" weather last weekend!Squawk wrote:This was taken yesterday. Roof tiling was supposed to start last week. LOL - I was in QLD past two weekends so I cant really be completely expert on the weather in this timeframe but it was more of a general observation of the weather since Anzac Day.

Just post the address dtd, we'll all pop around and drink your beer (some call it a housewarming, you'll probably consider it a raw deal).

Guys & Gals,
Don't forget to get your external perimeter treated for termite prevention PRIOR to having your paths laid (whether it's concrete or paving).
Of course I can be pm'd for any help/quotes/info needed
