Rnd 4 - Sturt v West @ Peter Motley Oval (Sun 26/4)

Post by Big Phil »

The Double Blues will be out to make amends for the shocking 3rd term against the Panthers last weekend...

The Bloods have surprised a few, including myself, with their perfomance to date and have some very impressive youngsters included in a good mix of talent and experience...

This should be a cracking contest and one I am very much looking forward to attending...

League @ 2:10pm

Reserves @ 11:25pm

Game will be audio streamed via the LifeFM and SANFL websites, from 2:00pm

A fair score line in the end thanks to a good last quarter by Sturt (particularly Kirkwood and Coad). Westies certainly didn't look like the wooden spoon side many predicted. Probably had the better of us for the first three quarters.

Still a lot of questions remaining at Unley. I'm hoping that the side just needs a few matches to gel. There are quite a few new faces this year.
