maybe the replacement coach is signed ie: "bomber thompson" and doesnt want to begin until the bye
I don't think Mick is completely to blame with the situation the club finds itself. No doubt he has played a role in it.
The board seem very much on different planets themselves, let alone the coach and then the playing group. and the playing group at the start of the year was just an average at best list.
Rebuilding - trigg said it, Mick didn't like it, but perhaps going through a rebuilding stage is what the club needed but without completely bottoming out, which it seems has happened.
footy clubs can turn things around quickly, but the board must be on the same page to start with for that to happen and it seems that is not so at the minute

The last time I changed the water in my fish tank I adjusted the temperature and changed their diet all at the same time, I had 5 fish die within a week, I don't know what change caused it though.
