I presume that once he realised that fell and had 'accidentally penetrated', he tried to get back up on his feet but kept falling back down several times in very quick succession.

On the way home from work last night we saw a dude leaving a suspected "love pad" on GJR near that trendy looking jeans shop across from the Liberty.
He was looking a bit flustered/sheepish, and when he crossed the road in front of us, my missus did the sign language sign for sex (straight finger through the looped finger) to him. The look on his face was pretty bloody funny .
