But depending on what way they go with visas and working permit etc could impact on certain players.

Under the old system before the EU both Payet and Kante wouldn't have qualified for a work permit based on the old rules

There will be new rules mate loosely based on the Australian points system with "have you got a skill, have you got s job and will you contribute financially to the UK" being at the top of the list.
Somehow I doubt any EPL transfer targets will have any issues. Well maybe the "have you got a skill" question might be subjective
