Unfortunately the officials are given too much discretion on the rule, probably necessitated by the stupidity of it, that they often don't fully appreciate the 'interfering with play' breech.

Yep, the Poles deserved the win in the end.
The other 2 games were shockers, the first more so because they are two ordinary sides but expected a lot better from Croatia and Portugal although I'm happy the Croats are out

Yeah, doesn't help that I've never seen Hart have a decent game for England and guys like Kane turn into deadset spuds when the pull the English shirt on
