dunno, maybe hodges from adelaide, not sure of his first name but he seems good when we play them. dont know bout spud oconnell he didnt get near it at plympton two weeks ago so cant agree with you on that one

Dont deserve to play finals.
yeah i was shocked when i red the paper this morning
looks like it could be plympton vs centrals first week, even if we beat fitzroy this week dont think we can make up percentage we need to jump them . also fitzroy vs smithfield, adelaide to have week off
so i take it that everyone agrees with my predictions for first week of finals then
no-one i know at the club would say that, so i seriously doubt that lizbeff, no-one i know wanted to go back and that includes prez and footy director so you must have spoken to some nobodies..nothing to be gained by winning a div 6 flag..we had our chance and lizzies were to good in 2005..not going back..div 5 wont be that hard next year with alfc and ffc gone imo..gg, who knows that they will be like up from div 6 but i do know its another bloody waterbag trip!!

Punk I can't see the Farmers being very threatening next season unless they recruit heavily. the 2nd time we played them they had their C grade ruckman (from the 1st rd) in the A's
the next side will either be Rosewater or Unley both have won 5 games this season depends on who wins this weekend.

if farmers can have a better run with injuries and more dedication from the players at the club they may do alright.
yea ingles have a capacity to regroup quickly..i think unley is coming down and im not worried about them ..much closer trip to unley from st marys as well
If Unley go down and Thomas hangs around, they'll be around the mark in A5 next year. They were really good against us and I don't think their ladder position is a true reflection of what they're capabale of.
yeah but werent they playing for their A4 life?i would expect them to be busting their asses off to win atm..facts are they havent won enough games and in amateur league you go down if that happens..they should have gone down last year but escaped in the last round.."if" they all hang around they should be right.."if" being the important word
'If' is the important word, but if Thomas has kicked 70-odd goals in A4 in a bottom-three side, he will dominate in A5 in a 3-5th placed side. So 'if' he plays for Unley in A5 next year, they will be around the mark.
We have them this week so I guess I can give more of an opinion later.

I agree with you Pag, if Unley end up in D5, they will be hard to beat. They have beaten sides in the top 5 and have alright depth. I wouldnt be treating them lightly. They may not even get relegated yet.
if my forward pocket couldnt kick 40 goals playing at unley fc with the size of that oval then i would get a new forward pocket, 70 goals aint much at all imo..that oval is way to small, high scores every week..in div 5 osborn will kick 80 goals for kenilworth and they are 8th and he plays on the biggest oval in the saafl..be interested in your opinion after saturday pag

Bigger oval also means more space though zedman? I'm sure Thommo (who's a FF/CHF) wouldn't mind leading into a vacant forward 50 that's actually 50 metres?
pag..its one kick out the middle to the forward square at unley..its 2 kicks at st marys..use some logic..if you score more at small ovals then surely a forward can score more goals, look at games played at ovingham(small) and maybe at tea tree gully(large)..and vice versa..think about it..70 goals aint much with playing 9 games at unley..osborns 80 is worth 120 at unley..and thomas' 70 is worth 45 at st marys
