My missus writes down the answers, I think we have communication issues as English is only her second language because shes from Yorkshire.

Clientele varies from one end of the spectrum to the other. Theres a halfway house of some sort near by that brings in some interesting customers.

And hey, I never professed to being a scientist, after all I am just a casual bar tender at Adelaide Oval and Booney informs me we are all dumb. :D

The internet shitting itself at work, so now instead of watching the Texans game on the side....I've had to resort to the radio coverage.

I have a Spartans team mate (also a Texans fan) texting me what happens a minute before I hear it because the radio coverage is delayed.

One guy here, that argues with every logical suggestion.

Then half way through the argument, you can tell he realises it's logical, but doubles down on the wrong thing because he didn't think of the right thing.

First thing this morning and I'm still pissed off.

It pisses me when I have an argument and then two minutes after it finishes I come up with the perfect comeback that I should've used during the argument.

Arguments should stop after two minutes and then each party can have a 45 second recess, these rounds should continue until someone gives up or there's a convincing victory.

We do that at home.

We argue for two minutes, we take a 9 year break and then resume hostilities at a time and place Mrs boon see's fit. It's the best system we've come up with.

I think most would take that.

The missus and I were talking to a friend the other day and he came out with "My missus finds a new way to hate me every day".

We had a fair chuckle when we left, mine can get a bit hasty but a quick "Get down off of your giraffe" or "Your animals are escaping" and it's back to the norm, I do accept that living with me can be challenging.

The lack of choice we have for afternoon radio. When I'm driving home I just wanna listen to some music.

I was a 102.3 follower but Tuesday night spelt the end of that for me as I endured my final experience of a Hughesy rant.

i used to love the guy but he kills it by being on daily.

Podcast Addict is free. Download any podcast from itunes, earwolf, etc. I have mine set up to download each episode of three or four shows as they're put up. I set it up to delete them after I have listened to them, or they've been on my phone for 7 days (whichever comes first).

Currently I have -

Bill Burrs Monday Morning Podcast
The Pat McAfee Show (sports shpw)
The Joe Rogan Experience

Spotify for music. Personalised random daily playlists, Release Radar shows you new music you might like based on what you choose to listen to.

I haven't listened to the radio in at least 5 years.

For some reason my stereo in my car is from the 90's and I can't pick up bluetooth on it.

I'm waiting on a part for the missus' car so I can use hers instead for a while, we've had a one car operation for a little while now but gotta tend to it.

buy an FM transmitter - cost around $60 for a decent one. You plug your phone into it then tune your radio to that frequency. works well, though bluetooth is obviously much better
