Phone call 2 - Miss Boon telling me she's cranky with Mrs Boon

Both got the same reply, "Nothing to do with me, call your mother/daughter. I don't have time for this, with SA Footy, Tatts.com and work I'm flat out"

Are both "n-sync"??
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Mate, that was my ex to a tea, she'd have a full on war with my young daughter and I'd just laugh at the situation.

I'll raise you.

Of teams I have a vested interest in, or follow, i present to you my year to forget:

NFL- Atlanta Falcons lose the Super bowl, blowing a 28-3 lead halfway through the 3rd to lose in overtime.
Cricket- South Australia lose their 2nd consecutive Shield Final to Victoria.
Basketball- 36ers fail to make the final after finishing minor premier and taking an early 1-0 lead in a best of 3 series.
Football- Port Adelaide lose an Elimination Final in extra time after leading by 13 points.
Football- Hope Valley C grade lose the Grand Final.
Football- Port Adelaide Magpies lose the SANFL Grand Final by a point.

Football- our most hated rival Adelaide are likely to win the AFL premiership.
NRL- North Queensland set to get spanked in Sunday nights Grand Final against the Storm, having come from 8th just to make the big dance.

Yep. 2017 and sport can go and get ****ed.

Optus.

My phone currently can't make or receive calls for the second day in a row because they're swapping over to some new network system or some bullshit.

I'd actually have this in the "Things I rate" thread right now!

If they don't fix the issue soon I'll be heading in to Telstra to switch over to them. And then it'll be in the things I rate as I'll be paying for a working phone again.

Make sure you get a reduction in your next bill for the days you were without service.

Anxiety hitting me like a freight train.

Had an issue about 2 months ago that dissipated after a couple of days.

This current one is in it's fifth day and doing my head in.

I have never really been effected to this level before.

Also, I'm not one to seek help, so even writing this is a big deal.

I have been talking about it to a couple of people. I think I'll be ok. Just letting people know makes a huge difference. Hiding it adds fuel to the fire.

You're not alone mate, I've had many battles with it over the years, probably best to seek some help from a professional who can provide coping mechanism's and provide you with an insight of what triggers them off.

Vent to as many people as possible. You find it helps and provides clarity rather than playing around with your own thoughts in your head.
All the best mate.

Yeah I have been finding the relief comes as soon as you tell someone what you've been overthinking about.

Also, when verbalising it, you get to hear how stupid it sounds.
