most importantly the time I am spending with my girls is much more "quality" compared to early in the piece I don't think I was being a great dad...

I think so too mate... after the break up I wasn’t exactly present. Physically I was, but mentally I was a mess and the girls weren’t getting the best of me.

I have always been there for them, but our time together now is so much more special... I have them 50/50

And because of that you’ll always be their dad.

I think so too mate... after the break up I wasn’t exactly present. Physically I was, but mentally I was a mess and the girls weren’t getting the best of me.

Crackling

yep. bloody awesome. Dry the surface with paper towel, then rub with olive oil and put big chunks of rock salt on there. (I also added some thyme because it as in the fridge)

Good effort, it's difficult to get the crackling right in the weber, I usually plonk it in the oven for the last 20-30 minutes @ 220 degrees.

Good onya mate, the relationship between my kids and I blossomed once I left a toxic relationship, "quality time" is the essence, all the other parts that make up your life just seem to come together when you're in the right framer of mind and kids put you in that.

I don’t usually put it in the oven but I have cut the fat off and just put it under the grill, that works.

Another thing I’ve done is just turn the pork upside down and put it directly over the coals but you have to watch it doesn’t flare up too much and burn

Perfect in my view, I like a bit of chew where others like it crispy.

The rolled pork from Costco are awesome, about $5 a kilo and you get about 4 roasts out of it.

Found guilty of concealing sexual abuse from authorities. No doubt the dodgy old bastard will appeal.

In an odd twist of reality I hope what he's preached for all these years comes true when he drops dead and he's dealt with accordingly. God will be pissed with him.
