I watched the first half on TV before heading out and came home to see North won.
Did the Eagles choke or North just full of run in the second half?
Or both?

North were young, brave and relentless and the Eagles looked tired, but to their credit they hit back with the last 2 goals of the game. When North get off the leash they’re bloody hard to hold out.

I’m watching the second half now.

Whilst North have the momentum why didn’t the Eagles throw one behind the ball at the start of the last quarter to stem the flow when they were 2 goals up still?
They didn’t appear to change anything to stop North.

Well done to North on making GF. Think they are pretty banged up, Spina and Thring injured, Norwood sitting back laughing, think they will win by over 12 goals. Be a much bigger crowd and build up though.

Godden has to go. Has massively under achieved with the squads he has had, repeatedly failing in finals. Are supporters happy to be in top two or three and win plenty of games in a season, or want change to win another flag?

His game plan needs to change, happy to make scoring impossible for the opposition, problem is when they get a few goals down they can't then change and enable them to get goals quickly, they don't know how to. Harsh call needs to be made and find a new coach.

I felt embarrassed for the Eagles players, it was actually more one sided than a Crows game there.

If its confirmed they had 19 on the field for that length of time they ahould lose on protest. This bullshit rule of a player count is crap and outdated. A panel should sit and see what score advantage they got and deduct from the score and then a winner is decided.

Just said on news that they had an extra player for approximately 5 minutes and in that time kicked 1.2.
The SANFL are investigating taking that score off North which means the Eagles win by 3 points.
