Not so sure about that. The low over WA will draw that moist air down later today, we'll start getting it around mid/late afternoon and when you wake up after midnight tonight with it lamping down think of this thread.Lightning McQueen wrote:Yep, it seems to be going completely around us.Footy Chick wrote:Good!Lightning McQueen wrote:Looks like KI is getting a fair drenching atm.
Apparently Adelaide is going to see SFA of this apparent apocalyptic rain.. as long as those who need it more actually DO get it, then I'm not so fussed (although it would be nice)

Maybe this lot is but you'll get your fair share before the end of the day/night. Doesn't take long to build up in these conditions. It's gunna get crazy i reckonLightning McQueen wrote:Yep, it seems to be going completely around us.Footy Chick wrote:Good!Lightning McQueen wrote:Looks like KI is getting a fair drenching atm.

Re: Soooooo, how's this weather?
Forecasting / mapping is usually pretty well on the money, they don't get it wrong that often and every agency is predicting decent rainfall amounts through the Adelaide region. From this afternoon until tomorrow afternoon we'll be getting 30-50mm.Bum Crack wrote: Maybe this lot is but you'll get your fair share before the end of the day/night. The BOM radar that we look at 99.9% of the time is accurate to see when rain is heading our way, for humid/tropical weather like today/tomorrow you can pretty much throw the radar out the door as it will build up quickly and hit quickly.

I'll try to think of this thread after midnight, probably only because you used the word "moist".

Re: Soooooo, how's this weather?
A quick shower earlier at O'Halloran Hill... but all that did was make it more humid.
