Trump, and more specifically his supporters (The President can not bring an action in court). amazing I know, have now lost more than 50 court cases. This is the first to make it to the Supreme Court.

Actually it's Trump that's on borrowed time, given that his term ends 20 January 2021.

Biden has been elected to a four-year term commencing 20 January 2021.
