Protests, whether violent or not, are one thing, but invading established government institutions with the intention of interrupting key national business is a completely different kettle of fish.

That type of polarization isn't helpful, because:
Extreme right = white supremacists who want to oppress minorities ie. PoC, LGBQT Extreme left = PoC, LGBQT who don't want to be oppressed by white supremacists
