As some in here may know, I like my chow.

Helped out with the weekly grocery shop yesterday. Thought the pork ribs looked ok. Found a smoky Manuka style rub.

I don’t have a smoker like a few blokes on here, but my Ziggy is fairly versatile.

Cooked them slow up on the rack, rather than on the grill or hot plate.

Came up a treat. Can recommend the rub….F. Whitlock & Sons.
