Forgot to prepare a pitch, what the?
They've had a shocker off field with complaints to ATCA about wash outs and not using their covers.

King Hoffman
Makes 160 against a depleted Pooraka attack and getting very close to a thousand run season. Woodville Sourh make 317 ..... is it enough if Bailey and Hanson get going?
Dunno when was the last time 320 got chased down in A1? You must of been a very good player in your day mate the way you bag a bloke who's on track for a 1000 run season in A1. Flog
Did I see this was a draw and Hanson hit 148 ?

Run aggregate for the match is equal and no more play is left is a tied match.

A1-Top 2 set.
Grange with an Outright gives them a chance to Finish in the 4. Have to get past Pooraka and IF to do so.
Marion and PAOC will need to win their last 2, play each other in the last round.
Reynella almost certain to going down, Flinders Park need to regroup quick or so will they. Trinity just holding on.
A2s top 2 set. Hope Valley will finish 3rd.4th spot right up for grabs.
SHOC , Gepps X, Unley all with shot. Fulham will have to bounce back and beat Scotch this round for any chance, will be hard work, beaten outright in both A Grade and B Grade.
A3- Two standout teams, would be surprised if they aren’t in the GF together.

Another interesting round of cricket in the top grades.
Flinders Park with another heavy loss, if Overall doesn't fire then FP don't... big battle for them to survive the drop, two big games left against Princes and SPOC. Trinity have a couple winnable games and will like their chances against SPOC this round.
Old Scotch look far too strong for this division, and have had rarely had a bad day, heavy favorites heading into the finals... Ports have some serious firepower with both bat and ball and could prove a threat to Old Scotch on their day. Hope Valley's bowling lineup very impressive, if they sneak into the four, I can see them doing some damage.
At the other end of the table, Old Iggies look done, and ROCCCS losing 7/17 on the weekend derailed their chances of beating Unley, a game they needed to win. Still a chance for them to miss the drop, but need a strong win over SHOCS this weekend and need Modbury to lose. Looks like Walkerville have done enough to survive.
Golden Grove best by far, their team would do some damage in A2 I suspect.

A1

Agree the top two of Para Hills and Ingle Farm look set.

3rd through 8th still has plenty to play for, making it an interesting run home.
While 9th placed SPOC would fancy themselves for two more wins with games to come against Trinity (10th) and Flinders Park (11th).

1st Para Hills 132.28
2nd Ingle Farm 119.62
3rd Woody South 107.325
4th PAOC 104.55
5th Grange 98.27
6th Marion 97.115
7th Goodwood 88.115
8th Pooraka 83.8
9th SPOC 80.03
10th Trinity 71.75
11th Flinders Park 67.055
12th Reynella 64.71

Woody South still have to play Para Hills in the last, so if they drop that as expected, they come back to the pack a little. They also play Marion this round, who can still make finals so will be having a crack. Woody South would be confident they can play finals, but two slips would see them in a 4/5 team race for that 4th spot.

PAOC currently 4th, would be hopeful of a big win this round over Flinders Park, who seem more interested in qualifying blokes for B2 finals, than they do in avoiding relegation. PAOC then play Marion in the last. Win both and they are in. Lose the last two Marion and it becomes a little closer.

Grange can get into the 4 with a couple of wins and either a Woody South loss to either Marion Rd 10 or Para Hills in the last, or a stumble by PAOC vs Marion in Rd 11.

That said, if Marion wins both of those games against Woody South and PAOC then they could come from the clouds and pinch 4th spot themselves.

Goodwood are unlucky to get Reynella in a one dayer, preventing any possible outright, and with Para Hills this round, you'd suspect its a little too much work for the Roos to get there, but stranger things have happened.

Finally, the Bulls. Pooraka despite sitting down in 8th, can still make finals.
Pooraka defeat Grange and Trinity.
Woody South lose to Marion and Para Hills.
Grange lose to Ingle Farm and Goodwood lose to Para Hills.
And Marion lose to PAOC.

Then Marion, Pooraka and Woody South will all end up in and around 117 points, and it will come down to who picks up more bonus points over the next two rounds.

Alternatively, Pooraka could also sneak in if in the above scenario Marion beat PAOC provided PAOC then also lose to Flinders Park this round.
That would see Marion finish 3rd and Pooraka and Woody South be in a bonus points battle for 4th.

Plenty to watch play out over the next three weeks!
Don't be surprised to see Grange and Pooraka play an aggressive brand of cricket this round looking to set up outrights.

I found this interesting,

Hoffman has hit 34 sixes so far this season, From what I can see in the last 5 years, Dylan Hiscock has dominated this catagory with his best in a year being 38.

If Hoffman passed it would we feel this would set a new record from what we know, or are their other maximum hitters from the past who may have easily surpassed this before it was recorded

Woodville South vs Grange in the Grand Final.

Woodville South beat Old Scotch easily with four overs to spare.

Looks like Grange beat Para Hills on last ball of match, got out of gaol by the looks, unsure what was required off the last ball?

1 run, grant Carey with a hattrick for Para Hills, Bradley Clarke with a 3 wicket over in Para Hills innings. Pretty dissappinting by us to be 1/59 off 10.2 overs and finish 91 all out with balls to spare, costly collapse. Good luck to Grange in the final.

Grange vs Trinity is the Div 2 final
By the sounds of it the grange game went down to the wire as did last week.

TOS after being on the back foot in their bowling innings brought it back as chased 123 down with 4 overs to go.

Grange needed 5 runs to win with 5 balls remaining and read that Grange won when the ball hit the helmet for a 5 run penalty

Flinders Park found some form Saturday and are in a very strong position against an under strength PAOC. Their round 11 clash with SPOC could be a relegation battle.
