Yeah, heard he was leaving, didn't hear why though. Have heard bar p155 talk over the years of his behaviour but take that with a grain of salt

My understanding is now that PlayHQ is in place of SportsTG, all clearances will not be on any website or available to view to anyone but the leagues involved and the player.

Any trial match results to speak of? Pretty quiet here so far for the year.

Barkeroos played out at Mypolonga yesterday. No idea how they went.
Echunga played Aldinga at home.
Lobethal played Tanunda at Kersbrook
Uraidla beat Langhorne Creek

Not technically. If they cant field a team the HFL can fine them or relegate them. Prior HFL boards havent applied the rules but suspect this board might be different. I hope for the sake of a quality Div 1 comp they can. I read with interest that numbers of under age boys playing AFL across SA is dropping so only gonna get harder to field underage teams for smaller towns.

That U18/Senior Colts age group would have to be the hardest to fill. Have mates in WA and country Victoria and its the same everywhere at that age group.

The Junior review highlighted that problem ie junior numbers are in decline.
Relegating a club for not having juniors doesn't solve the problem at all, just shifts it. If they can't raise a team it doesn't matter which division they're in!

Will be interesting to see what this HFL board's plans are to try and resolve this problem within the HFL??
