It's very disrespectful the Power wear the guernsey of the proud club they killed off.
Add to that they don't even bother with the magpie emblem and continue to use Notre Dames Victory March they stole from Sydney.
It really is a messed up confused entity.

This brings a wry smile to me.

Tardy posts often and talks frequently that they will wear the bars forever. Anyone who tells him they are not one club gets very short change. Even shorter if you suggest to him that they should wear the AFL jumper.

Feel free to **** off elsewhere Tardy.

Be lucky if there were 500
We have a win and couldn't give it to port supporters

Magpies became extinct in back in 2013 i actually read an article back then by Rucci who actually stated its the end of the Magpies they only exist in the hearts of the true Magpie supporter of yesteryear .They should rebadged as the Port Adelaide Teals and join another competition and take their brothers along with them the Crows.

If they stay shambolic like they are, they can stay in the SANFL for as long as they want.

Actually, no, get rid of them and the Creserves as well. At least the competition will have some credibility to it.

Harper Montgomery, son of Brett, has played the last 2 league games for Port Magpies. This week hee has been dropped and is named to play on a wing for North Adelaide Under 18s, his home club, this week.

No quite. Not dropped. Rules allow Port to play him for two matches only before going back to his SANFL side.

They did, they competed until 2014 under the same rules as the other SANFL sides. Then due to their lack of finals success and for the Prince Of Wales gaming license the Power took them over.

You are missing the point. It is irrelevant whether he was dropped or not. What are Port Magpies doing gifting league games to a North Adelaide Under 18 wingman? He is clearly not ready for league football, so they are not picking their best possible side to win a league match but rather looking at future draft possibilities.
