I sense a little mummy's boy kinda vibe.
Is that a bit harsh, I dunno?
It was a pretty bad injury and handled pretty poorly by Melbourne.
Imagine if he did pull the pin, last one out switch off the lights.

Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Hasn't been close to his AA year last year but that's not an easy thing to do. Good signing for them with Darcy as a developing fwd / second ruck.locky801 wrote:English signs 5 year deal to stay at the Bulldogs

AFL 2024
Hopper and Taranto would be stoked at signing for a club which is now going to gut the list and be near the bottom for 5 years minimum

They joined a club that just had 3 flags in 4 years with the list ageing, you think they didn't know why they were getting the money?Jim05 wrote:Hopper and Taranto would be stoked at signing for a club which is now going to gut the list and be near the bottom for 5 years minimum

if youve ever had broken ribs, and go back out there and get smashed again, you think f%#k football, it will take 2 years to get past that agony. Re: AFL 2024
loved matty lloyds coaching story of how he'd handle Joe Daniher in his under 14s team
Look Joe if youre gonna kick stupid screw punts, you can come to the bench and sit with me, and if you do it again you can not play next week

I have had broken ribs and yes it is bloody traumatic. He should never have gone back on and seriously the docs screwed up there.marbles wrote:if youve ever had broken ribs, and go back out there and get smashed again, you think f%#k football, it will take 2 years to get past that agony. Plus he had spleen and lung damage as well.
But I just get the feeling he's mentally cooked over this when really he should be around his teammates supporting their efforts.
Not tik tokking on holidays in the Gold Coast.
Dwelling on the injury just makes it worse.
Like a car crash....
It happened, can't change it, move on.
