Ermmm same thing isn't it?
I understand he's one of the best in his field and as such gets head hunted.
But he's still jumping from one club to another pretty often, it doesn't matter how it gets done.

Maybe just maybe. as one of the better High Performance minds in the country he's not seeing the same values/philosophies being reflected in the rest of the footy program.

Here's looking at you: Adam, Justin and Hamish....

Is 3 years too short for your liking?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

If I'm employing someone of his esteem I'd want him there for life!
Whatever Carlton were offering, I'd match it.

It's probably not a money thing though, possibly more that he thinks his messaging or methods gets a little old after a while?

Just ridiculous IMO, he didn't belt anyone and he is the best player for the criteria.

Players can still win the Coleman medal if they were suspended, they can win the MVP, the coaches award, can understand them being ineligible for Brownlow as it's "BEST & FAIREST".

At some point in the future, they may have to look at what suspension types make one ineligible for the AFL medals.

How good is the Bont, I think he is the perfect modern day footballer. Does everything the other mids do, but can also hit the scoreboard and take a contested mark.

This could quickly descend into a big bodied midfielder measuring contest.

Cripps is a brilliant captain, but given a choice, I'd pick Bont, without any hesitation
