There is a place at Prospect I think it is, certainly Northern suburbs, who have a new machine that can to patches that look even better than sublimate that could do it in 24 hours. The quality I hear is amazing

I am not in that industry Spargo

Nothing a bit of electrical tape won’t fix. Don’t worry, no-one will notice.

Should have sponsored Geelong, it would have a been a much simpler guernsey fix.

In all seriousness, why not put a temp patch on the GFG and replace with Whyalla until the new guernseys are available. Would be good PR.

Edit*

The 4-5 months was in reference to all apparel. Player guernseys ( anyone want to guess how much one of them costs? ) is one thing with 45 players needing home, away, prison bars and heritage as well as training guernseys, run out shirts, hats, polos, jackets etc etc. is a huge cost and timeline to replace.

Then you have all the supporter apparel which has GFG on board, that won't get changed but I'm assured the club and Macron are working to ensure the match day guernseys for players have GFG removed.

A new / upgraded sponsor might replace them as early as the next day or two.

It’s a fair point, not just a matter of changing guernseys.

The priority probably should be on players & officials who front the media, in addition to the guernseys on match days.

Still, a first world problem compared to Whyalla’s issues.

Butters in for an arthroscopy. Will miss round 1 at least.

Jackson Mead is ready for more responsibility so here is his chance.
