Don’t think you can pay much attention to score line in trials. Most teams would have 10+ of their A Grade out for a variety of reasons.

Quite incredible. Looks a great comp. Mitcham and CBC too good to be relegated surely. This week will help paint the picture more clearly.jo172 wrote:What a round in D4.

Mitcham are extremely stiff to be 0-2. Should probably be 2-0.
I don’t see them being relegated.

I think they'll be 6-3 after the front 9.Hack wrote:Mitcham are extremely stiff to be 0-2. Should probably be 2-0.

6 goals in the last quarter by the Mitcham captain - Jarman-esque!
Some say Mitcham were unlucky
Some say they shouldn't have been that far down
Some say Walkies did their best to lose it.

Walkerville could be the dark horse for this comp. Alek Kudra was an incredible junior, if he's fit and motivated he can turn games at this level on his own.

They definitely win their next 2. CLG in Rd 5 will tell a story of who has grown the most.Lightning McQueen wrote:I think they'll be 6-3 after the front 9.Hack wrote:Mitcham are extremely stiff to be 0-2. Should probably be 2-0.

These close games were ones they were winning last year though.

Only got 2/5 in Rd 2. Toughest comp to tip by far.

Walkerville over Plympton - 20 points (I'm on the Walkerville band wagon now)
CLG over SMOSH - 40+
CBC over Gepps - 15 points
Morphy Park over Hectorville - 18 points (can't get a gauge on these two at the moment)
Mitcham over Kenilworth - 60+ (Smyth 10+ again)

Kenilworth forfeiting the Cs yesterday. Lost the B grade by 50. Lost the A grade by 90.
How much trouble are they in? Feels like plenty.
Which also tells us SMOSH are in all sorts.

A lot of injuries and unavailabilities over the last 2 weeks. Some good players in that mix also. Definitely have some work to do however.AdelaideSaint73 wrote:Kenilworth forfeiting the Cs yesterday. Lost the B grade by 50. Lost the A grade by 90.

Hope the C Grader from Hectorville who landed on his neck is ok. It was a pretty nasty fall

Re: 2025 Adelaide Footy League - Division 4
A CLG lad was on the run and about to have a ping towards goals from 50 when the siren sounded but they had 5 less scoring shots so I'm not sure they could be considered stiff - unless they took viagra at half-time
