It really shouldn't matter these days what your sexual orientation is, but at least this is a step in the right direction.

Why are we even discussing the topic?
Nobody cares about your sexual preference and it's nobody's business.

Some people clearly do. And moments like these weed those idiots out

People obviously do care to the point they use sexual preference as a way to insult someone on a field.

Don't know. Can't say I've walked a mile in their shoes.

I haven't had to deal with a lifetime of racist or sexuality abuse for my choices. Worst i've ever copped is the odd short joke.

People care enough to get on platforms or social media to say they don't care. Fascinating.

The difference being, I would call someone an fwit because of the way they act.

Dunno, I was always told that sticks and stones break my bones but names will never hurt me. To some, that might still be the case, others may not.

How do you act "fa..ot"? That's my point. You don't. It's more frustration (I'm assuming on Rankine's behalf here, clearly!)

Mate, you're absolutely bang on.

I mean, if one of the lads at the club rolled up and introduced you all to his boyfriend none of you would have anything to say.
