Ended up going there a fair bit earlier to give her a hand with something, had a really nice afternoon/evening.

Had a discussion over the weekend where I know a person who takes an older lady grocery shopping and a coffee/cake for two hours twice a week and she is paid $75 an hour. See this in shops all the time
