There is nothing at all that I can do except just be there for him and offer coping mechanisims, separation anxiety is terrible as a young lad, I wasn't great with it but obviously as you get older you just become more resilient.
On a positive note, after the first week he decided to do some research and got himself a "self-help" book, there have been some changes that we don't go into but he has done a big clean out of his room, he has been practicing a lot on the ukelele and has been getting into podcasts of great ex-footballers.
Junior broke up last May after nearly 4 years and moved back home. His call.
Miss broke up last September after just over 3 years and moved back home. Her call.
Got a 29 and 25 year old back home.
It's hard to watch on.
