Re: SAAFL Div 7 2008
uni will have a new coach in whichever grade will play in div 7. discussions are abounding whether many of the team from c1 will move up or not (mainly age and fitness constraints).
good luck to whoever it is.
good luck to whoever it is.

Re: SAAFL Div 7 2008
what is the reason why Henley can have their C & D grade in Div 7 and not in C1? Just seems a bit odd.

yeah but that is what C6 is for. Clubs D grades. Think about 4 sides had their D grade in C6

would have left only 6 or 7 teams in div 7.
henley had been in div 7 for quite awhile so were happy to stay.
supposedly heading to c1 and lower this year as saafl wants the mirror effect to happen in div 1 & c1.

FYI Dutchy
rumour Div 7 will go ahead next year with 10 maybe 11 sides.
Flinders Uni (will have 2 sides)
Ovingham (will have 2 sides)
Sacred Heart (will have 5 sides)
Mitchell Park
Adelaide Uni
Henley
Paralowie
North Pines
Wingfield
St Pauls
maybe Kaurna Eagles, they haven't lodged a team for next season but SAAFL are following them up, seriously would they do this for any other club? Always thought if you haven't lodged your form it's bad luck?

It looks as though the SAAFL have already decided where the majority of teams will be playing next season, but have not included any information for Div 7 yet. So far, C1 has:
Broadview
Gaza
Gepps Cross
Goodwood Saints
Port District
Rostrevor OC
Salisbury North
Seaton Ramblers
Tea Tree Gully
check out this address (http://www.metisc.com.au/iscoresn/index.cfm?db=34 - use the menu on the left hand side to navigate to the specific divisions) to see the provisional plans for the divisions next season, you boys may well be correct. No mention of Kaurna from what i can see.
