My club's not actually involved in this game - but I'll comment just the same.
I can't predict a result - so oddball it is.

Everyone will turn up to see a football match and a soccer match will break out!

Its on all right, both camps must fell pretty condfident going in to this game. And good on you both. Im going to say that St.Pauls(Sorry CJ) by about a goal in a rip snorter of a clash. Thats right i said rip snorter. I dont think that word is used enough on here. Its probably going to be wet and i think that St.Pauls just have some bigger bodies around the ball. But in saying this I really dont have enough info so really i could be very wrong. Im just going on what I have heard.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

I've been watching the div.7 forum with interest for a while (and getting a lot of laughs!!) but have yet to post. Anyway Dunks i know BF are getting a few new players in this week (like they desperately need them  ) but since i've played against BF and SP in the last 2 weeks i dont know how you say BF by +10 goals???? Especially when your not even in our league let alone proabably ever watched a BF or SP game! Not having a go but saying that it will be a very close game and i think that SP will just get over the line thanks to home ground advantage (1-2 goals) wish i could see the game, should be a beauty. Good luck to both teams.

On a side note mods why did you delete the Div.7 thread completely!!?? I know it got a bit out of hand at the end but surely it was bringing heaps of new visitors in and would have been great for 'The First Bounce' to have all those people viewing your site? :?:

Its not deleted completely, we havea "deleted bin" forum where only mods can see, it got to the stage that there were more posts of people being derogatory than people actually talking footy, if I get a spare half hour tomorrow evening I'll go through, delete the offending the posts and reinstate the topic.

Yeah, i think their 5 minutes of fame will be over next week, i dont think anyone really cares at all about it in the higher grades. Ive never heard either club mentioned at Elizabeth.
But good luck to em. Hope it is a good game.

I was taking the ummm 'mick' out of the game! Oh golly.
My 'prediction' was a bastardisation of a quote from an American comedian (maybe Rodney Dangerfield or Groucho Marx).
Who went to a sporting match and said something along the lines of "I went to a fight, and a ---- football match broke out". Can't for the life of me think what sport.

Anyway - with the rivalry, and being Catholic schools and soccer being a big sport, well.....
