Must've had injuries..

Was a up and coming bowler with potential when he was younger, then he did his shoulder, though the way he bowls at training, there would be nothing stopping him from rolling down a few overs on a saturday, like a said before , he never bowled a single ball in a game in the time he was at the valley

A3 - concordia.
Lost gun coach but recruited 3 more than handy replacements for middle order.
Won A3 last time in that division...

not much talk on here about who will win the flags or who are the gun players, so maybe try the opposite tact that normally gets people talking...who are the clubs that ppl hate playing against or have great rivalries with?

I dont think tony emmel is about the place anymore, but his dad 'Red' Emmel is the president at Goodwood and still plays (captains) the LOA. Legendary bloke. Must be in his 60s i think. i hear tony is a pretty decent bloke too.

If it's because he left Concordia after 3 seasons your calling him not the most loyal bloke you'll meet? Interesting comment. From what I have heard and seen he has been fantastic for the club on and off field.

To his credit he did turn Concordia's fortunes around. They were struggling to be competitive in A3 before he came along. I dont know anything about the circumstances surrounding his move to Unley but I know that when he applied for the Concordia job a few years back he also applied for a couple of other coaching positions which the clubs in turn set up interview times and he didn't even bother to show up or return any calls or emails as to why he didnt rock up.

no doubt a very different side to the GF side of last year, only 4 out of the 12.

very ordinary performance on the weekend, a combination of poor shots, disciplined bowling and good fielding combined for a disappointing day at bomber land, although i thought the bowling and fielding was not bad the week before.

i'd hate to point the finger but craig 'grimace' wallace was very average on the day, not only with captaincy, but shot selection, pre, mid and post match discussion, general commentary and even driving to and from the ground was poor.

David Vale = joke...
