That's not entirely bad! Sure it's eight an over or so, but it's also a strikerate of 24 and an average of 33.5

Poor fella, heard the team copped a pounding.

Chris Kropinyeri could probably play in the A grade for Loxton if he actually showed the desire to do so.

Having said that, I think he would stuggle a little more with the step up to turf and an increase in the standard of bowling.

He can sure hit a ball and would be a more than handy pinch hitter.

Dunno, haven't played on all of em, but i always believe it's a different game on turf.
Inconsistent bounce is generally a batsman's worst enemy.

Yep, I'm pretty poop.
But when I do actually hit them...they stay hit.
Hit the scoreboard at Paringa one day.
Having said that, I've seen Josh Kenyon hit it over the floodbank there!

I was always a bowler anyway Ron!

About par when you compare it to the rest of the team's figures. The Colts team will be much stronger this week, while Renmark North's will generally be much weaker than it was (as the A grade had the bye) assuming they all put their hands up to play. Who has the info on the boys who got a bit of a rev up in H&C today. Will they be pulling on the whites for the A grade?

Is Kroppy considering playing A's? I haven't seen him bat but surely he would have to be handy.

I don't know if he'll play this year, but until he indicates interest the chances are he won't.

Kruger at training last night. Bit rusty with the ball, but can get it to move a long way in the air. Not bad with the bat either.

Nick Uren bowled well all night too. Could be handy ins to the side. I'm out this week in Adelaide and next week in Whyalla, so some of these guys will get a call up i would say.

Looking forward to the Lameroo game though.

Kruger, the sly dog. Told me on Wednesday that he wouldn't make it out to training this week. He'd be a big in for the Loxton boys. Will be an interesting game today.

Who has seen the My Cricket website? Apparently the ATCA are getting on it. It looks pretty good. Offers scores from all over Australia, including best averages, most runs etc. Australia wide. The Riverland should get on to that.

Berri got over Loxton by three wickets with about 8 overs to spare. Loxton scored 148. What was the result of the other match?

Getting close. Simon Frankel was out injured but that was about it. We are still working on Dan Reynolds. Wade Porter and Todd Van Dyk played Colts, so we obviously have a little bit of depth.

Waikerie got over the top of Renmark I reckon.

Pinnaroo and Border got over the top of the Riverland in a 20/20 fixture on Sunday.

The Border boys knocked up 201 off their 20, Drew Crane going to town with some huge hitting.

Riverland finished 9 for 139

Drew Crane and Huuge hitting ...Never.

DW will when he and Dan Reynolds went to town in a second dig at Glenelg Oval in a country carnival. Those boys can hit a ball!

IS Drew still bowling sharp.
