It is likely then that Modbury, TTG, or SHOC will be asked if they want their C/D grades in this Div. Otherwise an eight or nine team comp.

Did anybody cancel training last night or even next week for that matter? We trained indoors but still had a poor turnout...We've scheduled an extra session tomorrow morning at 7.30am at Tennyson to catch up on what we've missed on this week, all welcome to attend :D

We're going to the beach tomorrow. Doing the snakepit was in the plans, but not sure about that now, be good to hit the water though.

The news i'm hearing out of Ovingham is they will struggle to even fill 1 side next year due to a big financial debt.

We've been doing some indoor gym sessions to build on our cardio along with the first (of a couple more during pre season) Saturday morning session on the weekend down the beach really early.

Good night last night down at the Salisbury Swimmimg Centre for the Pines. Reasonable turn out. Few boys thought it would be easy and a bit of fun, but before long we had a couple ready to throw up. Was a really good work out.

No 6 packs before buddy. Some people under estimate just how hard it can be to run and continually swim.
