According to the web site he only played the 3. I'm fairly sure they changed the qualification to 4 games not too long ago. Be embarrassing for the Wells to have a key player they're expecting to play finals not qualified because they either didn't know the rules or couldn't count properly!

He has played 3 games but also was on the team sheet against One Tree Hill when the ground was undewater so i think 3 + 1 = 4 i think you should just worry about your own club

Thats interesting because in the bylaws of the pdca it states that if a game is lost due to weather it cannot be counted towards finals qualification, so has the pdca bent the rules for TW, i wouldnt be surprised if it was yes as this assoc is going down the drain ATM. might be worth looking into.

Here ill explain it to you slowly so you can understand.
In round 6 OTH v TW was the only game called off due to the ground being under water and of course match reports still need to submitted to the powers that be because 3 points are awarded to each team not like a day over 40 degrees were no points are awarded and match reports are not required. You can look into it all you want but he is playing whether you like it or not. The powers that be have given the all clear.

There are certainly people on the assoc comm their for their own agenda and not for the good of the assoc. We had a guy who would have qualified in our E grade finals if there hadnt been any heat but also he did us a favour one week and filled in at late notice in our B grade cos someone didnt rock up, hence didnt play E grade that week so it means he has played 50% of his games in a higher grade. It has to be less then 50%. This guy is in his 40's - he is no longer a gun. Permit refused for finals. Apparently a close vote. Obviously no common sense on the comm either. Kev Tomas game when washed out should count becasue everyone else played that round. Maybe they showed some common sense then.

That is a very lame example, your E grade plays all one dayers, if he was a regular player there, he should've accumulated far more than 50% of the games. I think your call on the committee having their own agenda's is a pretty poor comment too, especially in relation to a Two Wells issue, they have no one on there. Off the top of my head here are the members and their respective clubs.

Brian (CUCC)
Peter (SN/Paralowie)- Both former for memory.
Lindsay (EECC)
Ken (Vir)
Coxy (PTCC)
Jonesy (PTCC)
Bob (AVCC)
Elaine (Paralowie/R&C) - Paralowie was a few years ago.

The only display of favourmatism I have seen is I think that PTCC shouldn't have their A's in grade 6, although they didn't set the world on fire in that div.
