Second thing only one guy played A grade last year under 20 for us. If this means anything to you , Prob had 4 playing inour B grade and about half every week in our C Grade.
Dont all suck up Creekers arse. Im glad Stama and Jimmy didnt come to us they would be there for the wrong reasons. For you to say we are average Catchit is just funny as f***. We have won a grade 1 flag recently with the way we run things

I'm just making an observation on how you guys develop your juniors into senior ranks. Salisbury West and Brahma Lodge throw them in the A's very early and it seems to pay dividends. We used to wait til they were 17 or 18 unless there are exceptional circumstances, we have some very exciting juniors around the place atm, although we had a tough year as far as consistency and results, a short term loss is going to be a long term gain.
Will have 3 15/16 year olds that should be regulars in our A's this year along with 3 more that will be on the fringe, they wont just be there making up numbers either, they will perform. We have a few other lads under 20 who could be returning to our club to give us added depth.

LM you can ask the same question of all the top four clubs and not too many will have under 20 yo playing in the a grade. We have a large group of under 20s playing in our b grade and half a side again in our c grade, but if we didnt have depth or playing grade 2 im sure we would have more in our a grade, our junior program is several years behind westies and we will see the benefit of it in the next five years.

BL had an average age of about 24 in the A grade this year. In our last game we had 5 guys under 20, and then a 21,22 and 26 year old!
I would like to think we can all only get better...

Yeah, you guys went from millions to zip. You watch Eastern Park emerge as a force in the next few years, they have some really talented juniors playing A's atm.

I don't doubt that, over the last few years I've noticed the amount of parental support has increased dramatically and from what some of them have told me, they have well structured training sessions. I know of a few talented juniors at your club who will no doubt become very handy in the next few years.
Your older junior grades had some excellent results during the past season, they just lacked consistency, it's not always the same couple of players putting their hands up.
I was by no means having a crack, I was just curious on how the progress has been going, it has been impressive.
