shane baldock is a close friend of mine he is going to be a great coach for kenilworth iam a coach and he has work with me the last three years as a A grade assiant coach he is only 28 but that is not a issue.He is not a rookie he is a great leader and great bloke get behind him and the club will go places.he will bring some players with him how will make a huge impact at that level good luck to shane and the kennilworth football club next year hope things can turn around

As a close friend you may be able to answer this.... what made him choose Kenilworth and does he know anything about the club. I can tell you from experience it has a terrible culture about attendance at trainings and I have questioned the fitness of the playing group as a whole for many years. I do make these comments from afar as I haven't been involved directly for a few years, however don't take these comments as being detrimental to the club, I would LOVE to see the club succeed and climb up the grades.

i have been around the club for over 25 years..if i want to say something i believe then i will..and i wasnt far off the mark eh?..his 4th club in 5 years then..

Well as a former team mate and child hood role model I hope to see him stick around next year. Too gooder bloke to lose and eventhough i'm sure he's hurting i know he wants the best for the club. Thanks Steve

Seeing the previous post on Lockleys. Is there another club in the SAAFL that has remained in the same division with out finishing in the promotion/relegation zone for as long as they have (currently)?

Old Iggies have been in Div 3 a long time, Unley have been in Div 4 a long time too, although they finished in the relegation zone when Edwardstown left.
