cheers thanks. dont normally watch the nationwide im only interested in the sprint cup, seen as the sprint cup had a weekend off thought i might take a look but taped it and it went over the scheduled time and missed the last few laps

Yes he rolled 7 times, but with all the upgrades to saftey in NASCAR in the past few seasons he was ok. Jimme Johnson the winner for Dover

Jimmie Johnson wins at phoenix and pretty much has the championship wrapped up with one race to go at miami this sunday. Only Mark Martin can have a chance to win it as Jeff gordon will be eliminated at the start of this sundays race from championship contention
