Not sure "snared" is the correct term to use SY. More likely "secured the services of" is more appropriate. Just to set the record straight, the two persons concerned approached Gepps Cross, not the other way around and even though a particular person involved at the other club tried to disuade the move by rubbishing Gepps and offering to "tear up" and beat whatever was on offer, he was politely informed by the Senior trainer, "thanks but no thanks"

Yes all you Districts supporters he's apparently bailed out & seen back training out at Kersbrook. Perry, Smitham & Maddern i believe have signed with Barmera not Clare. Is anyone left down there at Largs?
Reading alot of outs from Districts but have there been any new faces or many out on the track this year??

I heard (second hand information) that they only had 16 on the track recently. And not many of them where A Garde footballers.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Will the Hawk become a Raggie? That's my latest tip anyway. He'll probably look good in blue & white with the frosted hair tips.

I'd take snared, much more footyesque.
I reckon you're confusing it with "burlesque". Someone disrobing or stripping and I'm not sure I want to see these blokes in that state, could be life threatening.
Can anyone from TTG tell me if Holmy has left this season? i know his season was wrecked last year by a facial injury but he woul dbe very handy to keep seeing as though the rest of the imports have left... good bloke also

Chris is lookin sensational, very fit. Darren broke his foot early December, but as opposed to your smart ass comment, he has been doing everything possible to keep fit, and looks atleast 5 kg lighter than at your games last year. And yes, i did watch Modbury play last year, and you keep baggin these players yet, they played in your A grade?? How well were you travelling hey??

Chris is a freak physically he can get himself up for games when anyone else would be in bed still..... Only 5kgs A broken foot? thats gonna hurt Darrens SANFL assperations isnt it
And us getting relegated probably answered your question Shirtfront
On a serious note now Shirtfront.......... who else has broadies picked up? is Squire/Wintle continuing? Reeves is back with us i know but hows the team shaping? will be another tightly contested year in the middle/lower part of the table IMO

Squire, Wintle, Leal, Newberry all going round again, have picked up around 15 younger to middle age players, you would know what a premiership does for a team. By all reports training has stepped up, which ofcourse it needs to, but we were pretty much the fittest team last year, even with our 'too old' players, so i'd say we will be fine there. I would like to think the boys are looking at finals.
