Both Lockleys and CLG the late movers with a flurry of clearances in the last fortnight.

Even when loosely basing judgement on rumour, clearances, and trial games, it is impossible to single out a benchmark team at this stage.

Yes he's gone which is a shame, but life will gone on for all of us. 8)

I definatelly think there's plenty of movements, still to come. The most pleasing thing at Rutland Ave is already we can see the overall depth has improved, which has ben an issue in years gone by. Now we have to secure those numbers and identify and add the cream on top to take the next steps.

Agree your depth is the best i have seen for 10 years, but you need a good key defender because their is some good forwards running around in div 6. If think you one playing "b' last week that looked all right!

Yes CHB a former B&F Winner. Goes alright, no airs or graces just gets it done, shame he's not a few inches taller and a few kilo's heavier. Reads the play well, very consistent and can also go Forward. Had a run in the 2's, against you guys due to work commitments.

Big loss for West Croydon if true, can play good football when he switched on. He is a bit of lad of the field but that is good for the competion, he reminds me a bit Mark Jacko Jackson that played at Melbourne! :)

Heard a rumour a few clubs are unhappy about playing Ingle Farm in trial matches and having the Farmers A grade coach trying to poach there better players. HV is one team concerned not sure who else they played I think Central United a few weeks ago can anyone from CU confirm if this happend if so it is far from a coincidence and needs to be taken into consideration when organising trials next year.

Its free for all in the off-season.. Ingle Farm tried poaching Travis Uern after the CU trial but he declined. He then rang them lastweek and has agreed to join them

Ingle Farm has not tried to poach any players!!! We had 1 from CU train with us on tues but he came out because he knows a couple of players, dont know weather he is going to stay or not but we made him feel welcome the rest is up to him!!! As far as Trav is concerned i was his captain for cricket last season and maybe he wasnt 100% happy at two wells so he on his own accord has choosen to come play for us!! If any player likes our club rooms and how the Farmers go about things it is up to them we can only show them our facilitys and what we are about but we are not going out of our way to say hey stuff that club were better come play for us

I think only the Agrade coach would be the only to know if Ingle Farm has tried or not, considering he was the one mentioned.

Well hopefully some agreement can be met... i understand that he did sign a contract but some times ppl change their mind??? i dont know why Trav has made his decision but he has and he wants to play with us...Two Wells are well in their rights to block him coming over but why would they want someone who obviously doesnt want to play for them.. hopefully the 2 parties involved can work something out!!

Divvy 6 Footy Tipping Comp

I'll run a footy tipping comp for you punters with a bit of an interest in Div 6 - give the chance for one of ya to claim bragging rights. For a bit of incentive I'll chuck in a carton of Coopers Pale for the winner (or a carton of WED if ya can't stomach SA's finest) and I think the owners have been kind enough to throw in a bit of exclusive SAFooty.net merchandise too.

To be eligible you must have more than 50 posts to your name. No need to register interest, just post your tips on this Div 6 topic (don't PM them to me) each week. If you forget to post your tips, you'll be given whatever the lowest score is for the round.

The tipping comp will run from Round 1 to Round 18. If there is a tie at the end of R18, we will use the finals as a tiebreaker to decide a winner.

I think that covers it, good luck!
