It is all guesswork from the outside primarily based on rumour and gossip. Players love to upgrade their value by bragging, a well documented fact.
The only people who know the facts are those directly involved.

That is why I'm speaking up Aceman. I am directly involved with the Henley Football club. No Mercy saying Rugolo is on $500 is a clear example of someone bull$hitting because they have nothing else to do.

secondly.... i am a player playing at my original junior club and only get paid $100 a game. i have been offered more by the club but would rather the money go to a new recruit to make my team better. i dont have any idea what henly are forking out but it could be possible that the players are on small amounts compared to what they may be able to get. team success may be more important than individual bank accounts to some...

My point wasn't that the sentence was made up entirely of adjectives but that the adjectives contained in the sentence were inappropriately used.

You are right EB, I don't know what GX pay now. What I have been told is what they have been paying out in the past from old coaches and committee members. If you are telling me that GX have reduced expenditure while increasing recruiting then fair eneough.
