Re: SAAFL Division 7 2013
lol, it's C-Grade PG. I don't think anyone cares enough to drop a bunch of blokes down to win a C-Grade game.

I have it on good authority all of their new players are from Aldinga, a hopeless SFL side.
A-Graders or B-Graders?

Re: SAAFL Division 7 2013
There will likely be a couple of non C Graders playing PG, but 90% of the guys will be part of our core C Grade for 2013.
The coaches figured it would be unfair on the regular C Graders to push them aside for any theoretical gain playing the B's would provide.

yeah looking at clearances there are more than one club all of their players are coming from. seems like people like to shoot them down even when they are trying to improve..
As Q has said, not until they go out to Angle Vale and knock them off will people take notice.

I havent followed the div too closely to be honest but just reading results over the past season or two and reading comments on the forum it would be a fair turnaround for the club.
its only up 2 spots..not really a turnaround?..i am geographically close to uni and have heard some whispers

Given the score of last years fixture, just being competitive would be a significant morale booster for the crabs
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Love your work morell, let's not mention 5 of the selected "C" grade team played in the Div 7 GF last year and 2 others were regular A graders and 6 others were regular B graders in Div 7. Of course then there is you, who played A's under me. Sorry PG it looks like a tough day for your boys. Luke Mac might actually kick 10 or more. He hasn't trained but he gets up for IF and Joseph will cause carnage at this level.

Re: SAAFL Division 7 2013
Yup I know iy's going to be a tough day at the office, I went over the side today and recognised several names, little bit of digging around and it wasn't hard to find out more detailed info on the rest. If Luke plays will be tough regardless of training you lose fitness but not skills and at C grade level fitness is just a bonus.Yank Man wrote:Sorry PG it looks like a tough day for your boys. All good, long season and a tough hit out against good opposition will help blokes realise where they're at and need to get to. A big loss can sometimes be more beneficial for development than a big win..

Re: SAAFL Division 7 2013
There are I think 5 or 6 "Fringe" A Graders playing.
Craig Rayson
Tom Breynard
Brett Parker
Bradley Steele
Matthew Williams
morell
The rest are C Graders with maybe a few pushing into the B's when needed. 6 out of 25, so 75% rather than the 90%, but as we have named such a large squad it will be up the the coaches on game day as to how much time on the ground the aforementioned get.
It is unlucky for Ingle Farm, we have had similar things happen to us over the years and it sucks. It will be the strongest C Grade side we will field for the year, but it was unlucky for us to have no B Grade side able to play, so the A Grade coaching team needed to ensure the entire A Grade "squad" had at least a run on the weekend.
And hey, we are ignoring Ingle Farms depth here, there is no doubt in my mind its going to be a tough game. 50/50 in my books.

Re: SAAFL Division 7 2013
Its all good, i can appreciate that and I'm sure every side inc ingle farm would do the same, especially for rd 1, you dont want your b graders and fringe A graders missing 1st game.
We'll still have a red hot dip regardless of the way the game pans out.
Its just tough that it (B grade have bye) happens 4x to us this year lol
